The brief
Every client is different and every project needs a tailored approach. We take time to understand your requirements, your budget, your target market and what you want to achieve from home staging.
Whether the property is for sale or rental, we develop a plan based on the requirements of the potential buyer or renter, to make sure the home staging has maximum appeal and impact.
We then develop a proposal for the property to discuss and agree before work begins.
Work begins
We will arrange all decoration, purchase of furniture, accessories, artwork and soft furnishings, arranging them to ensure the property is highlighted to its full potential.
For clients who require more structural work, such as fitting a new kitchen, we will arrange for all the work to be conducted and project managed on behalf of the client.

We handover the project to make sure our client is delighted with the result.
